奖项

RSC 先锋科学家奖 (RSC FIRST Award) 旨在表彰和激励在化学及相关领域中勇于探索、锐意进取的青年科研工作者，助力他们在科研道路上不断开拓创新。本项奖励将于每届 RSC 先锋论坛颁发，奖励范围与当年 RSC 先锋论坛主题一致。每次表彰优秀化学工作者 1 名。

2025 年度奖励现已开放申请，将授予能源化学和材料领域的优秀青年科研工作者，材料提交截止日期为 2025 年 9 月 21 日。

获奖者将获得奖金人民币 10,000 元及奖励证书，并于当届RSC先锋论坛现场领奖并作获奖报告。

入选资格 

申请人须同时满足以下条件：

⦿   积极从事能源化学和材料相关领域研究，并已取得突出的科研成果

⦿   为独立科研负责人（博士研究生、博士后研究人员不具备申请资格）

⦿   拥有博士学位，且符合以下任一条件：

o   年龄不超过 35 周岁，或
o   自博士毕业起从事科研工作不超过 8 年（考虑职业中断期）。

⦿   正常完成会议注册，缴费，并提交报告摘要。

产生办法 

评审委员会由当届 RSC 先锋论坛组委会联合相关领域专家组成。评委会将根据候选人研究的重要性、原创型、学术独立性、成长潜力和其对化学及相关领域的广泛贡献，进行综合评估。

⦿  获奖者将于已提交会议摘要并完成缴费注册的参会者中选拔产生。 

⦿  获奖者须亲自出席当届 RSC FIRST 会议领奖并发表演讲，奖项方予授予。

⦿   评审委员会有权决定本年度是否授予该奖项。

The RSC FIRST Award provides support and recognition to outstanding early-career researchers in the field of chemistry and related areas. Applications for the 2025 award are now open till 21 September 2025.

One award will be presented at every RSC FIRST conference, honouring one scientist working in the field where that year’s conference focuses on. The award recipient will be presented with a cash prize of CNY 10,000 as well as an award certificate. The award recipient will be invited to receive his/her prize and deliver his/her award lecture at the associated RSC FIRST conference.

Eligibility

The 2025 RSC FIRST Award will be presented to an early-career researcher who has made significant contributions to the field of energy materials. To be eligible for this year’s award, candidates should meet the following criteria:

Selection

All eligible candidates will be assessed by a judging panel made up of the conference organizing committee and relevant experts in the field. Any members with a conflict of interest will be ineligible for the judging panel.

Award decisions will be based on the candidate’s scientific excellence, research independence and their potential to shape the future of chemistry. Moreover, the judging panel will use information provided on the candidate’s broader contribution to the chemistry community as an additional criterion.
